Official Meeting Notice
The Mid-Atlantic Regional Group of the B.V.A. will hold its fall meeting on October 22, 2011 at the McGuire Veterans Affairs Medical Center 1201 Broad Rock Blvd. Richmond, Va. 23249. The meeting will take place in room 2-K 113 and 115 2nd floor. Registration will begin at 8:30 am and the meeting will begin at
9:00 am. There is a $10.00 registration fee per person. Make checks payable to: Mid- Atlantic Regional Group B.V.A. Please Complete the enclosed registration form and mail it back by October 8, 2011 so proper food planning can be made. All attending members and their guests will be served lunch.
The Comfort Inn Midlothian at 8710 Midlothian Turnpike Richmond, VA. 23235 have agreed to set aside 15 rooms for our members. Rooms are priced at $55.00 per night. The hotel contact number is 804-320-8900. Also we have the use of the breakfast room for our social gathering on Friday evening October 21, 2011 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm where food and beverages will be served compliments of the Richmond B.V.A. Chapter. Be sure to reserve your hotel room not later than October 5, 2011 which is the cut-off date. Also let the hotel know You are with the Mid- Atlantic blinded Veterans to ensure your $55.00 room rate.
