New VIST positions were placed at sites where there are currently part-time VIST in:

1.  MOUNTAIN HOME, TN

2.  ASHEVILLE, NC

3.  SALEM, VA

4.  DAYTONA BEACH, FL

5.  RENO, NV

6.  COLUMBIA, MO

7.  YOUNGSTOWN, OH

Additional positions were place in:

8.  HONOLULU, HA (to assure both a VIST and BROS team in the Islands)

9.  PENSACOLA, FL

10. PONCE, PR (no current VIST coordinator, ARC 369.4 data supported need)

11. TULSA, OK (no current VIST coordinator, ARC 369.4 data supported need)

New BROS positions were placed at sites where no BROS exist and were needed.
