Subject: $500.00 Grant for Military Families of children/youths with disabilities
I am forwarding information that was sent to me for Military Families.
The attachment contains information about a $500 grant available to children (Kindergarten - 12th grade) of Army National Guard, Army Reserve, Navy Reserve, Marine Reserve, & Coast Guard Reserve who have been deployed overseas for at least 180 days and have at least 60 days remaining on orders, for activities such as instruction, lessons or tutoring that the child will start before service member returns home.

You must click on "How to Apply" under the heading: "For Parents and Kids."
The application must be accompanied by a copy of a brochure, flyer, website page, or letter from the organization providing the activity or service. Please circle or highlight the registration fee, rental fee, or instruction fee that applies to the program the child is enrolling in. The grant does not have to be paid back unless the child does not participate in the activity indicated on the application.
